Employees authenticate at the clock using PIN code, RFID badge, or fingerprint, then register arrival, departure, lunch and break times. All entries are securely sent to Hailey in real time, so your HR and payroll records are always accurate and up to date.
TimeSpot clocks are developed by Brightec Time, a Swedish company with over 25 years of experience in digital time-clock hardware and software built for durability and reliability.

Before You Activate
Decide how users will identify themselves at the time clock (PIN, RFID, or fingerprint)
• Brightec provides an administration portal to configure the clock and user settings
• Assign a TimeSpot administrator who also has admin access in Hailey
• Each person using a time clock must have a valid TimeSpot license
How the integration works
• Hailey’s user list is automatically pulled by the Brightec server each night
• The Brightec cloud manages roles, PIN codes and RFID numbers
• The time clock is connected to the Brightec server
• When an employee clocks in or out, the timestamp is sent in real time to Hailey
Included data
• First name and last name are imported from Hailey and stored on the Brightec server
• PIN codes and RFID numbers are stored only on the Brightec server
• For fingerprint authentication, an encrypted template is stored locally on the clock hardware
