Every time someone registers time off, gets a salary review or changes department, your Hailey account knows a little more about your organisation. Getting that knowledge out is the hard part. Usually it means exporting a report, cleaning it up in Excel and hoping you asked the right question the first time.
In Peep Studio you just ask. Pick one of the example questions or write your own, then keep asking follow-ups until you understand what's behind the numbers.
Peep also knows how Hailey is built and how HR data fits together. It knows the difference between a sick day and a day of annual leave, so you don't have to explain it.
What you can ask, and why HR teams use it
Absence
How has short-term sick leave changed per department over the past year, and where does it stand out? Spot a pattern early and talk to the manager before it grows.
Organisation
How have we grown? Where is employee turnover highest, and how are FTEs spread across units?
Salaries
What does the salary spread look like within a role or department, and how have salaries moved over time?
Follow-up questions
Peep remembers the conversation. Ask it to zoom in on one department, show the result as a graph, or check a hunch you got from the last answer.
Time back
Analyses that used to mean an afternoon in Excel are ready in a few minutes.
Better input for management
You bring patterns and deviations to the leadership meeting, with the explanation next to the numbers.

Your data stays where it is
- Off by default. AI is switched on per area, so you decide what Peep Studio can work with.
- Same permissions as in Hailey. Peep Studio follows the access rights you've already set. No one sees more through Peep than they already can.
- Your data doesn't leave Hailey. Peep Studio analyses the data inside your account.
- EU only. Data is stored and processed within the EU, by European-owned providers.
- Never used for training. Your data is never used to train external AI models.
